Helping you get your patients get back to routine care

The reliable testing and accurate insights you need

Many patients have deferred routine testing and medical care since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic:

Approximately

80%

of physicians saw an overall drop in patient volumes1

49%

drop in adult primary care visits2

This deferred testing and medical care can bring long- term health consequences and we’re here to support your efforts in getting patients back to routine care.

Our Patient Service Centers put patient care first every day

Our Patient Services Centers are open and ready to help your patients get the testing for routine, acute, and chronic conditions they may have delayed due to COVID-19. All locations have implemented enhanced safety precautions and our Peace of Mind program.

Supporting your efforts in getting back to patient care

While we know all practices will have variations on how to get back to patient care, we’ve developed a baseline approach, based on CDC guidelines, to help guide and provide insights.

  • Evaluate COVID-19 status to support patient office visits
  • Manage risk as you and your patients return to traditional care pathways—routine, acute, and chronic care
  • Continue to optimize telehealth models
  • Utilize our Patient Service Centers for routine testing
